Do companies ever stop to consider what they are communicating intentionally or unintentionally to their employees with their work space?

Many cube farms seem to say "you are one of a hundred just like you and easily replaced."

I wonder if the next big advancement in office furnishing will be customizable cubicles--much like IDEO's Dilbert cubicle concept.

Giving employees control over their space beyond simply what photos are in their frames, has to be a positive step forward. I can't wait to see whose genius becomes the IPOD of the employee workspace.

Hi there,

I have a message for the webmaster/admin here at mindshiftinnovation.blogspot.com.

Can I use part of the information from this post right above if I give a backlink back to this website?

Thanks,
William
