The K-Web - James Burke - Historical mindshifting
If you have not heard, watched or read anything by James Burke - you really need to. His brain works in an amazing way to tie disconnected connections of history into a unique context of understanding. His stories spur innovative thinking - or at least I feel like it when I finish one.

Rex, over 20 years ago my consulting firm had James as a keynote speaker for one of its events. I had already been a big fan of his TV documentaries, "Connections" and "The Day the Universe Changed." I still remember this quote (more or less) from that evening: "Throughout history medical science has always reversed itself on what it knows for certain. Once again we can be assured that half of what is touted as medical truth will be tossed out in the next hundred years. The problem is, of course, we don't know which half."
Members of mindshift see an opportunity to make a lasting, positive contribution to our world and our profession by creating a new integrated delivery model to design, build, and deliver non-residential real estate.
